How long will I have to see a chiropractor?

Some believe chiropractic care is only required until the pain is gone. At Health & Healing Family Chiropractic, our view is that chiropractic care is a part of a healthy lifestyle. Your body and spine are similar to your car or garden - it takes work to keep it in good condition. The moment you stop taking care of your car or garden, chaos ensues and your car will start to break down faster and weeds will overtake your garden. Similarly, you need to take care of your body for life. No one will tell you that eating healthy and exercising for a short period of time is all you need to have a healthy body for the rest of your life. Exercise and eating healthy is a part of your lifestyle just like chiropractic care.
